Financing for the COVID-19 affected companies
Companies that are particularly affected by COVID-19 can apply for financing from Vaekstfonden. There are several solutions depending on the company's stage and capital needs, but all solutions require companies to meet a number of requirements in order to be suitable for COVID-19 financing.
COVID-19 Start loans
COVID-19 Start loans are targeted young companies still in the start-up phase, but whose product is fully developed, scalable and has a high level of innovation that differentiates it from other products on the market. In addition, the company should have completed the first sales to customers.
COVID-19 Investor loans
COVID-19 Investor loans are targeted at companies affected by the COVID-19 crisis, such as companies that have suffered from lost revenue, the withdrawal of commitments by investors, delay in the raising of capital, or delayed sales. The Investor loan is designed to secure the operations of the company for 12 months ahead.
COVID-19 BA loans
COVID-19 business angel matching loans are part of Vaekstfonden’s efforts to secure venture capital for early-stage Danish entrepreneurial companies during the COVID-19 crisis. With this loan facility, your company can combine an investment from a business angel with a loan from Vaekstfonden.
If your company has been affected by COVID-19, it can be quite the challenge to utilize the growth potential in the market. With lower earnings it can be difficult to obtain capital in order to grow your company. If you need capital to continue to grow your company, the solvency loan could be part of your solution along with new financing from your financial institution.
